    VLAI
    Title
EspoCRM through 10.0.8 Weak Token Generation via rand()
    Summary
EspoCRM through 10.0.8 uses PHP's rand() function to generate tokens for lead-capture opt-in, event invitation, and campaign URLs instead of a cryptographically secure generator. Remote unauthenticated attackers can guess these roughly 31-bit tokens to confirm opt-ins, accept or decline event invitations on behalf of other contacts, and access event details.

    Title
EspoCRM before 10.0.4 Field-level Security Bypass via Attendees
    Summary
EspoCRM before 10.0.4 contains a field-level security bypass vulnerability in the meeting and call attendees endpoints that allows authenticated users to read restricted email addresses. Attackers can recover hidden attendee emails by exploiting incorrect ACL scope validation that checks parent event permissions instead of attendee entity permissions.

    Title
EspoCRM before 10.0.4 SSRF via IPv6 Transition Address Bypass
    Summary
EspoCRM before 10.0.4 is vulnerable to server-side request forgery. HostCheck::ipAddressIsNotInternal(), which validates outbound URLs to block requests to internal/private IP addresses, strips ::ffff: (IPv4-mapped IPv6) prefixes but does not recognize IPv6 transition addresses that embed private IPv4 addresses: NAT64 (64:ff9b::), 6to4 (2002::), and Teredo (2001:0000::). An attacker who controls a domain with AAAA records pointing to such transition addresses can bypass both the internal-host validation and the CURLOPT_RESOLVE IP-pinning check, causing EspoCRM to issue outbound requests to internal network services. Affected paths include POST /Attachment/fromImageUrl, reachable by any authenticated user with attachment access, and outbound webhook delivery, which requires an admin or API user.

An attacker who controls a domain with AAAA records pointing to such transition addresses can bypass both the internal-host validation and the CURLOPT_RESOLVE IP-pinning check, causing EspoCRM to issue outbound requests to internal network services. CVE-2026-41160 (GCVE-0-2026-41160)

    Vulnerability from nvd – Published: 2026-05-28 16:24 – Updated: 2026-05-28 19:04
    VLAI
    Title
EspoCRM: Broken Access Control / IDOR in Note Pinning API allows unauthorized modification of notes
    Summary
EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. Prior to 9.3.5, a business logic flaw (Broken Access Control) in EspoCRM 9.3.3 allows low-privileged users to pin arbitrary notes without having the required edit permissions for the parent object. Due to a "write first, authorize later" execution flaw in the backend API, even though the server correctly returns a 403 Forbidden error, the targeted note's pinned status is already persistently modified in the database. The root cause lies in the server-side processing of the POST /api/v1/Note/{id}/pin endpoint. In application/Espo/Tools/Stream/Api/PostNotePin.php, the process() method first calls getNote($id) before calling checkParent($note). This vulnerability is fixed in 9.3.5.

    VLAI
    Title
EspoCRM: IDOR in EmailTemplate Prepare Endpoint Leaks Entity Data via Email Address Lookup
    Summary
EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. Prior to 9.3.5, the POST /api/v1/EmailTemplate/:id/prepare endpoint accepts an emailAddress parameter and resolves the owning entity (Contact, Lead, Account, or User) without performing an ACL check. An authenticated user with EmailTemplate read permission can extract all field values of any entity by supplying the target's email address, bypassing read: own or read: team ACL restrictions. This vulnerability is fixed in 9.3.5.

    Vulnerability from nvd – Published: 2026-05-19 18:14 – Updated: 2026-05-20 14:02
    VLAI
    Title
EspoCRM: Stored XSS via SVG attachment loading same-origin JavaScript
    Summary
EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. Versions 9.3.3 and below allow authenticated users to upload SVG attachments through normal attachment-capable fields and later serve those SVG files as top-level inline documents through both the attachment and image entry points, resulting in stored cross-user XSS reachable through a normal attachment workflow. Although inline SVG script is blocked by the response CSP, the same CSP still allows same-origin external script. As a result, an attacker can upload a malicious SVG together with a second attacker-controlled JavaScript attachment, then trick another user into opening the SVG to execute JavaScript in the victim's EspoCRM origin. This issue has been fixed in version 9.3.4.

    Title
EspoCRM has Admin TemplateManager path traversal that allows arbitrary file read write and delete
    Summary
EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. Prior to version 9.3.4, the admin template management endpoints accept attacker-controlled `name` and `scope` values and pass them into template path construction without normalization or traversal filtering. As a result, an authenticated admin can use `../` sequences to escape the intended template directory and read, create, overwrite, or delete arbitrary files that resolve to `body.tpl` or `subject.tpl` under the web application user's filesystem permissions. Version 9.3.4 fixes the issue.

    CVE-2026-33656 (GCVE-0-2026-33656)

    Vulnerability from nvd – Published: 2026-04-22 20:01 – Updated: 2026-04-23 13:47
    VLAI
    Title
EspoCRM vulnerable to authenticated RCE via Formula with path traversal in attachment `sourceId`, exploitable by admin user
    Summary
EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. Prior to version 9.3.4, EspoCRM's built-in formula scripting engine allowing updating attachment's sourceId thus allowing an authenticated admin to overwrite the `sourceId` field on `Attachment` entities. Because `sourceId` is concatenated directly into a file path with no sanitization in `EspoUploadDir::getFilePath()`, an attacker can redirect any file read or write operation to an arbitrary path within the web server's `open_basedir` scope. Version 9.3.4 fixes the issue.

    CVE-2026-33740 (GCVE-0-2026-33740)

    Vulnerability from nvd – Published: 2026-04-13 20:37 – Updated: 2026-04-14 15:50
    VLAI
    Title
EspoCRM: Email importEml can import and delete another user's attachment by raw fileId
    Summary
EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. In versions 9.3.3 and below, the POST /api/v1/Email/importEml endpoint contains an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability where the attacker-supplied fileId parameter is used to fetch any attachment directly from the repository without verifying that the current user has authorization to access it. Any authenticated user with Email:create and Import permissions can exploit this to read another user's .eml attachment contents by importing them as a new email into the attacker's mailbox, while the original victim attachment record is deleted as a side effect of the import flow. This is inconsistent with the standard attachment download path, which enforces ACL checks before returning file data, and is practically exploitable because attachment IDs are commonly exposed in normal UI and API workflows such as stream payloads and download links. This issue is fixed in version 9.3.4.

    Title
EspoCRM: SSRF via DNS Rebinding in Attachment fromImageUrl Endpoint Allows Internal Network Access
    Summary
EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. In versions 9.3.3 and below, the POST /api/v1/Attachment/fromImageUrl endpoint is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) via a DNS rebinding (TOCTOU) condition. Host validation uses dns_get_record() but the actual HTTP request resolves hostnames through curl's internal resolver (gethostbyname()), allowing the two lookups to return different IP addresses for the same hostname. A secondary issue exists where an empty DNS result (due to DNS failure, IPv6-only domains, or non-existent hostnames) causes the validation to implicitly allow the host without further checks. An authenticated attacker with default attachment creation access can exploit this gap to bypass internal IP restrictions and scan internal network ports, confirm the existence of internal hosts, and interact with internal HTTP-based services, though data extraction from binary protocol services and remote code execution are not possible through this endpoint. This issue has been fixed in version 9.3.4.

    Title
EspoCRM: Stored HTML injection in email notifications about stream notes via unescaped post field
    Summary
EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. Versions 9.3.3 and below have a stored HTML injection vulnerability that allows any authenticated user with standard (non-administrative) privileges to inject arbitrary HTML into system-generated email notifications by crafting malicious content in the post field of stream activity notes. The vulnerability exists because server-side Handlebars templates render the post field using unescaped triple-brace syntax, the Markdown processor preserves inline HTML by default, and the rendering pipeline explicitly skips sanitization for fields present in additionalData, creating a path where attacker-controlled HTML is accepted, stored, and rendered directly into emails without any escaping. Since the emails are sent using the system's configured SMTP identity (such as an administrative sender address), the injected content appears fully trusted to recipients, enabling phishing attacks, user tracking via embedded resources like image beacons, and UI manipulation within email content. The @mention feature further increases the impact by allowing targeted delivery of malicious emails to specific users. This issue has been fixed in version 9.3.4.

    CVE-2026-33534 (GCVE-0-2026-33534)

    Vulnerability from nvd – Published: 2026-04-13 19:20 – Updated: 2026-04-14 16:28

    Title
EspoCRM has authenticated SSRF via internal-host validation bypass using alternative IPv4 notation
    Summary
EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. Versions 9.3.3 and below have an authenticated Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability that allows bypassing the internal-host validation logic by using alternative IPv4 representations such as octal notation (e.g., 0177.0.0.1 instead of 127.0.0.1). This is caused by HostCheck::isNotInternalHost() function relying on PHP's filter_var(..., FILTER_VALIDATE_IP), which does not recognize alternative IP formats, causing the validation to fall through to a DNS lookup that returns no records and incorrectly treats the host as safe, however the cURL subsequently normalizes the address and connects to the loopback destination. Through the confirmed /api/v1/Attachment/fromImageUrl endpoint, an authenticated user can force the server to make requests to loopback-only services and store the fetched response as an attachment. This vulnerability is distinct from CVE-2023-46736 (which involved redirect-based SSRF) and may allow access to internal resources reachable from the application runtime. This issue has been fixed in version 9.3.4.

    CVE-2026-92298 (GCVE-0-2026-92298)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-16 01:57 – Updated: 2026-10-08 15:51
    VLAI

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-10 13:05 – Updated: 2026-09-15 14:29
    VLAI

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-05-19 18:14 – Updated: 2026-05-20 14:02

In versions 9.3.3 and below, the POST /api/v1/Attachment/fromImageUrl endpoint is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) via a DNS rebinding (TOCTOU) condition. Host validation uses dns_get_record() but the actual HTTP request resolves hostnames through curl\u0027s internal resolver (gethostbyname()), allowing the two lookups to return different IP addresses for the same hostname. This issue has been fixed in version 9.3.4."

"value": "EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. This is caused by HostCheck::isNotInternalHost() function relying on PHP\u0027s filter_var(..., FILTER_VALIDATE_IP), which does not recognize alternative IP formats, causing the validation to fall through to a DNS lookup that returns no records and incorrectly treats the host as safe, however the cURL subsequently normalizes the address and connects to the loopback destination. This issue has been fixed in version 9.3.4."
