Title
Electerm WebSocket `upgrade-func` and `fs` handlers allow arbitrary method/function invocation due to missing method-name allowlist
Summary
electerm is an open-sourced terminal/ssh/sftp/telnet/serialport/RDP/VNC/Spice/ftp client. Prior to 3.15.186, electerm allows an authenticated WebSocket client to invoke unintended internal functions through client-controlled func values in upgrade-func in src/app/server/dispatch-center.js and handleFs in src/app/server/fs.js, exposing Upgrade and fsExport methods that can execute commands, open files, mutate the filesystem, or terminate the process. This issue is fixed in version 3.15.186.

Acm-search-v2-rhel9: search-v2-operator: search cr imageoverride/arguments/envvar flow unsanitized into pods running impersonating sa
Summary
A flaw was found in the search-v2-operator. This vulnerability allows a privileged user, specifically a Custom Resource (CR) editor, to manipulate Search CR fields such as imageOverride, arguments, and environment variables without proper validation. By exploiting this, an attacker can mount arbitrary secrets into a search container's environment or replace the container image with an attacker-controlled one. This leads to privilege escalation and can result in a full cluster compromise due to the ServiceAccount's extensive impersonation permissions.

Crawl4AI: AST Sandbox Escape via gi_frame.f_back Chain - Pre-Auth RCE in Docker API
Summary
Crawl4AI is an open-source LLM friendly web crawler & scraper. Prior to 0.8.7, the _safe_eval_expression() function in the computed fields feature uses an AST validator that only blocks attributes starting with underscore. Python generator and frame object attributes (gi_frame, f_back, f_builtins) do NOT start with underscore, enabling a complete sandbox escape to achieve arbitrary code execution. The attack requires no authentication (JWT disabled by default) and is triggered via POST /crawl with a crafted extraction schema. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.7.

LangGraph Checkpoint: Unsafe JSON deserialization in checkpoint loading
Summary
LangGraph SQLite Checkpoint is an implementation of LangGraph CheckpointSaver that uses SQLite DB (both sync and async, via aiosqlite). In versions 4.1.0 and prior, the JsonPlusSerializer can reconstruct Python objects from JSON checkpoint payloads. Under conditions where someone could modify checkpoint bytes at rest in the backing store, the deserialization path could reconstruct objects beyond what the application expects, which could in turn result in code execution at checkpoint load time. This is a defense-in-depth issue. The affected behavior is reachable only when checkpoint bytes at rest in the backing store can be modified by an unauthorized party. In most deployments that prerequisite already implies a serious incident; the additional concern is turning "checkpoint-store write access" into code execution in the application runtime. This issue has been fixed in version 4.1.1.

An issue was discovered in all versions of PCManFM-Qt starting from 1.1.0. When a regular file's path is passed as a URI in an org.freedesktop.FileManager1.ShowFolders D-Bus method call, PCManFM-Qt delegates to a different program (based on the file type) without user confirmation. This could be used to achieve code execution or circumvent network namespace restrictions. NOTE: those outcomes are potentially unwanted by most users; however, the behavior of the product does comply with the applicable specification, and a simplistic solution (ensuring that the URI does not name a regular file) may have adverse consequences for I/O.

Arc Enterprise cluster FSM applyRegisterFile accepts arbitrary file paths without validation, enabling cluster-wide path-traversal worm primitive
Summary
Arc is an open, SQL-native time-series database for telemetry. Prior to version 26.06.1, Arc Enterprise's Raft FSM (`internal/cluster/raft/fsm.go:applyRegisterFile`) accepts attacker-chosen file paths in manifest-registration proposals without validating them against the configured storage backend. The only check is that the path is non-empty. There is no parent-traversal (`..`) rejection, no allowlist of legitimate prefixes, no scheme restriction (`s3://` vs local), and no length bound. This is fixed in 2026.06.1. Some workarounds are available. Restrict cluster network access to known-trusted peers via strict firewall rules, audit the cluster manifest for unexpected paths (any path not matching the configured storage backend root is suspect), and/or disable cluster mode until the fix is available.

Summary
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to 3.11.6, lib/bridge.js and lib/setup-sandbox.js fail to block stacked indirection through Function.prototype.call around dangerous host prototype getter and setter mutators, allowing sandbox code to sever a host intrinsic's prototype chain and reach e.constructor.constructor for arbitrary host command execution. This issue is fixed in version 3.11.6.

Prior to version 3.11.4, a sandbox escape vulnerability in vm2 allows arbitrary code execution in the host process when untrusted code is executed with async support on runtimes exposing WebAssembly JSPI (WebAssembly.promising / WebAssembly.Suspending). vm2: GHSA-8hg8-63c5-gwmx patch bypass: nesting:true without explicit require still allows full RCE
Summary
vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to version 3.11.4, the fix for GHSA-8hg8-63c5-gwmx (CVE-2023-37903) introduced a check in nodevm.js line 263 that blocks the combination nesting: true + require: false. However, the check uses strict equality (options.require === false), which is trivially bypassed by omitting the require option entirely. When require is not specified, options.require is undefined, not false. The strict equality check fails, so the security guard is skipped. Immediately after (line 280), the destructuring default require: requireOpts = false assigns requireOpts = false, producing the exact configuration the patch was designed to prevent. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.4.
