    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 20:21 – Updated: 2026-09-15 20:21

    Title
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Stored XSS via SVG upload in "Reject" sanitization mode
    Summary
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 contained a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in SVG file handling. When SVG processing was set to the non-default "Reject files containing potentially harmful elements" mode (concrete.file_manager.images.svg_sanitization.action = reject), uploaded SVGs were checked only against a small built-in blocklist covering the script element and on* event-handler attributes; the broader enshrined/svg-sanitize pass still ran, but its result was discarded, so vectors it would have stripped, such as a javascript: URI in an xlink:href, were stored unmodified and executed when the file was opened directly. A user able to upload files could thereby run arbitrary JavaScript in the browser of any user who viewed the file. The default sanitize mode was not affected. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 1.8 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:A/VC:L/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Oriol Ortiz for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 Express Form block missing authorization allows an authenticated editor to modify Express Forms they cannot edit
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.2 did not enforce a block-level edit-permission check on the Express Form block's control-management actions, which relied solely on CSRF token validation. Because the token is bound to the user and action rather than to a specific block, page, or form, an authenticated user with edit access to one Express Form could reuse a validly obtained token to add, modify, or delete controls on Express Forms they were not authorized to edit, including injecting a control whose value is later rendered as HTML to achieve stored XSS. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.0 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:H/UI:P/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Yat Wu for reporting.

Concrete CMS 9.4.0 through 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Cross-site scripting in the location panel duplicate-path confirmation dialog
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9.4.0 through 9.5.2 did not escape colliding page paths before rendering them in the location panel's duplicate-path confirmation dialog. The panel's check endpoint returned the submitted path unmodified in its JSON response, and client-side JavaScript inserted each value into the dialog as raw HTML, so a crafted page path executed script in the editor's authenticated browser session. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.0 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:P/VC:L/VI:L/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Yonatan Drori from Tenzai for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) via Conversation Custom Date Format
    Summary
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 improperly neutralized a user-supplied custom date format when rendering conversation messages, resulting in reflected cross-site scripting. An attacker could execute arbitrary JavaScript in the browser of a user who was tricked into submitting a crafted POST request to the conversation view endpoint. Exploitation was aided by the absence of a CSRF token on the endpoint, which allowed the payload to be delivered through an auto-submitting cross-origin POST without authentication. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:P/VC:L/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Yonatan Drori from Tenzai for reporting.

    Title
IDOR in Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.2 dashboard sitemap reorder (SitemapUpdate::updateDisplayOrder) allows an authenticated sitemap user to reorder arbitrary pages
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9 before 9.5.3 authorized the dashboard sitemap reorder action (Concrete\Controller\Backend\Dashboard\SitemapUpdate) using only the global access_sitemap task permission and did not check per-page edit permission before updating each page's display order. As a result, an authenticated user granted sitemap access could change the display order (cDisplayOrder) of any pages they had no rights to edit, altering the order in which those pages render in navigation, breadcrumb, and page-list output. The reorder action additionally validated no CSRF token, so the write could be triggered by a forged request. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Winston Crooker for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 is vulnerable to SSRF protection bypass in remote file import when multiple URLs share a host but use different ports
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery iremote file import via cross-port reuse of a host's validated DNS pin. When multiple remote URLs share the same host, only the first `ValidatedRemoteUrl` is retained and reused for every later URL with that host. A low-privileged authenticated user permitted to import files could therefore supply a DNS-rebinding host that resolved to a public address during validation and to a private or loopback address during the unpinned download, causing the server to fetch internal-only resources such as loopback services, internal admin panels, or cloud metadata endpoints and to save the responses into the file manager. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:L/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Ahmad Wicaksono (sonix03) for reporting.

    Summary
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Insecure direct object reference (IDOR) in the Express saved search preset delete and edit dialogs . An authenticated user holding only view permission on a single Express entity could therefore permanently delete, with no undo, or rename saved search presets owned by Express entities for which they had no permission, and a renamed preset name was displayed back to users of the targeted entity, enabling defacement or social engineering. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. CVE-2026-18422 (GCVE-0-2026-18422)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 19:27 – Updated: 2026-09-15 19:43
    VLAI
    Title
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 Multilingual Page Assign Action Lacks Destination Authorization and CSRF Token Validation
    Summary
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 did not enforce a destination-side authorization check and did not validate a CSRF token in the multilingual page assignment backend action (Backend\Page\Multilingual::assign). As a result, an authenticated user who held the Edit Page Multilingual Settings permission on a single page could bind an arbitrary page in another locale as that source page's translation, and could delete legitimate translation pairs maintained by other editors, altering public-facing language routing across the site. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Winston Crooker for reporting.

    CVE-2026-18421 (GCVE-0-2026-18421)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 19:10 – Updated: 2026-09-15 19:40
    VLAI
    Title
Concrete CMS 9.0.0-9.5.2 Boards data source dashboard is missing an authorization check, allowing a low-privileged board editor to modify or delete configured data sources on boards they do not control
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9 through 9.5.2 does not perform an authorization check in three actions of the Boards data source dashboard controller (update, update_data_source, and delete_data_source), which resolve a ConfiguredDataSource directly from an attacker-supplied identifier without confirming the requester's edit permission on the owning board. A user granted edit_board_settings on a single board was therefore able to modify or permanently delete the configured data sources of any other board on the site, halting the affected board's content feed and resetting its custom weighting. The CSRF token that guards these actions was validated but bound to the action name rather than to the target object, so a token legitimately obtained for one board could be replayed against another board's ConfiguredDataSource identifier and did not constrain access. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Winston Crooker for reporting.

    CVE-2026-68529 (GCVE-0-2026-68529)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 19:08 – Updated: 2026-09-15 19:40

    Title
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.2 us missing authorization in the Express entries advanced-search dashboard action allowing a low-privileged user to read other entities' Express entries
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.2 was missing an authorization check on the Express entries advanced-search dashboard action. The advanced_search() method in DashboardSelectableExpressEntryListTrait resolved an Express entity directly from a user-supplied entity ID and rendered that entity's entries without invoking canViewExpressEntries(), the per-entity permission check that the sibling results() action enforced. An authenticated dashboard user holding view_express_entries on a single Express entity could read the entries of any other entity, including secret attribute values, by requesting the advanced-search action with that entity's ID, disclosing form submissions and CRM-style records across the per-entity permission boundary that Express is designed to enforce. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Winston Crooker for reporting.

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 19:06 – Updated: 2026-09-15 19:39

    Title
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.5.2 is Missing Authorization on Board Instance Actions Allowed a Board Editor to Access and Delete Other Boards' Instances
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9 through 9.5.2 did not perform an authorization check on several board-instance actions in the Boards area of the Dashboard. The instance details single-page controller resolved a board instance directly from an attacker-supplied instance ID and then viewed, refreshed, regenerated, or deleted it without verifying that the requester held edit_board_settings on the instance's parent board. As a result, a user granted board-edit rights on a single board could reach the instances of any other board on the site by supplying their instance IDs. The affected actions bypassed the controller's permission-checked accessor (the same accessor used by the read view, which runs canEditBoardSettings on the parent board) and validated only an action-scoped CSRF token, which is bound to the action name rather than to the target object and is therefore reusable across boards. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 19:03 – Updated: 2026-09-15 19:38

    Title
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Authenticated Denial of Service via Unescaped SQL LIKE Wildcards in Keyword Search
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9 before 9.5.3 did not escape SQL LIKE wildcard characters in the keyword search filters used by the file manager, file folders, and page list, allowing an authenticated user with editor-level or higher privileges to submit a crafted search containing many single-character wildcards. Because the keyword input was placed into the LIKE clause without neutralizing its wildcard metacharacters, a short request could force the database to evaluate every row and perform a full-table scan, and repeated or wildcard-dense searches could sustain elevated database CPU and I/O, degrading responsiveness for other users on large installations. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:N/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks noivan for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in Theme Page Template Activation
    Summary
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in the theme page-template activation feature. The Dashboard theme Inspect controller's activate_files() action created PageTemplate records from attacker-supplied pageTemplates[] values without validating an anti-CSRF token.A remote attacker could host a page that auto-submitted a forged POST request; when a signed-in administrator visited it, the request executed under the administrator's session and created theme page-template records, changing site configuration without the administrator's consent. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Andrew Gonzalez for reporting.

    CVE-2026-81923 (GCVE-0-2026-81923)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 18:53 – Updated: 2026-09-15 19:31
    VLAI
    Title
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 is missing authorization in the SEO Bulk Update Meta Tags editor
    Summary
In Concrete CMS before 9.5.3, the SEO Bulk Update Meta Tags editor did not check per-page edit permissions before saving. The saveRecord() action validated the per-page CSRF token but never called canEditPageProperties() for the target page, so a user who was granted access to the bulk SEO tool and could view (but not edit) a given page was able to change that page's meta title, meta description, and URL handle outside their edit scope, tampering with the presentation and live URLs of otherwise protected content. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Andrew Gonzalez for reporting.

    CVE-2026-81922 (GCVE-0-2026-81922)

    Title
"In Concrete CMS below 9.5.3, there is Missing authorization in the sitemap page reorder allowing low-privilege users to reorder arbitrary pages "
    Summary
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 did not enforce a per-page authorization check when reordering pages from the sitemap. In the sitemap Explore dashboard controller, the send_to_top and send_to_bottom reorder tasks ran after only a generic sitemap-access check; the controller loaded the page named by the attacker-controlled cNodeID parameter and changed its display order without verifying that the current user held move or arrange permission on that specific page. Because of this, an authenticated user who could reach the sitemap but had no edit or arrange rights on a given page could still move that page and alter the site's global navigation order. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Andrew Gonzalez for reporting.

    Title
In Concrete CMS 8.5.3 to 9,5,2, OAuth 2.0 Refresh-Token Grant Bypasses Account Status
    Summary
Concrete CMS 8.5.3 through 9.5.2 enabled the OAuth 2.0 refresh-token grant using the unmodified upstream League grant, which issued new access tokens from a valid refresh token without re-checking the associated account's active status. A user who obtained a refresh token while active could therefore continue to mint valid access tokens after being deactivated or suspended (uIsActive=0), so deactivating an account did not revoke its API access. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:L/VI:L/VA:L/SC:L/SI:L/SA:L. Title
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in Dashboard SEO Excluded Words Reset Endpoint
    Summary
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 was vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in the dashboard SEO Excluded Words page. The reset() controller action cleared the administrator-configured reserved-word list (concrete.seo.exclude_words) but did not validate the anti-CSRF token that the reset modal emitted, and it did not restrict the request to the POST method. A remote attacker who lured an authenticated user with SEO access to a crafted page could revert the reserved-word list to its default and silently alter future URL-slug generation for pages, files, topics, and other objects created through the Text urlify service, undoing the site's configured SEO slug policy. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks riodrwn for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 is vunerable to CSRF in Concrete CMS Group Type Deletion Dashboard Action
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to dashboard group type controller did not validate a CSRF token on its delete action, resulting in cross-site request forgery. A remote unauthenticated attacker could cause an authenticated user with group type management permission to delete a custom group type. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Title
Missing Authorization in Concrete CMS versions below 9.5.3 Conversation File Upload Allows File Import Without the Add Message Attachments Permission
    Summary
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 conversation attachment uploaded endpoint imported files into the file manager before evaluating the "Add Message Attachments" permission, which was only checked after the file had been stored. A user denied that permission, or an unauthenticated visitor on a guest-posting configuration, could import approved files of allowed types into the file manager. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:L/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Title
Concrete CMS below 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Stored XSS via unescaped Express entry labels in association selectors
    Summary
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 rendered Express entry labels as raw HTML when displaying associated entries, resulting in stored cross-site scripting. An unauthenticated attacker could submit a payload through a public Express Form; it then executed in an administrator's dashboard session when the associated entry was viewed, or in the browser of any visitor to a page using an Express Entry List block with association columns, allowing actions to be performed with that user's privileges. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:L/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks v01demort for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in Block Arrangement Endpoint
    Summary
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 did not validate an anti-CSRF token on the block-arrangement backend endpoint (the arrange() action of Concrete\Controller\Backend\Page\ArrangeBlocks). The action enforced page-edit authorization but performed no token check, and its route accepted any HTTP method, so an attacker could induce a signed-in content editor into loading an attacker-controlled page that auto-submitted a cross-site request and reordered or moved blocks in the draft version of a page the victim was permitted to edit. The default null cookie SameSite configuration let the victim's session cookie accompany the forged request. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Yonatan Drori from Tenzai for reporting.

    CVE-2026-81899 (GCVE-0-2026-81899)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 17:54 – Updated: 2026-09-15 19:18
    VLAI
    Title
Concrete CMS 9.0 to 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Stored XSS via group folder name on the Members > Groups dashboard
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 stored group folder names without sanitization and printed them unescaped on the Members > Groups dashboard page, resulting in stored cross-site scripting. The add and edit group-folder handlers stored the submitted folder name without neutralizing HTML, and the group search grid returned it without output encoding, so the Groups dashboard rendered the name as live markup. An authenticated user holding the Add Group Folder permission could store a script payload as a folder name that executed in the session of any administrator who viewed the Groups dashboard, enabling session and token theft and any action available in the administrator's context. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Lý Chấn Hưng (hunglyvn) for reporting.

    CVE-2026-18115 (GCVE-0-2026-18115)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 17:39 – Updated: 2026-09-15 19:18
    VLAI
    Title
In Concrete CMS 9.2.0 to 9.5.2, Missing Authorization in REST API Users update() and change_password Enables Account Takeover.
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9.2.0 to 9.5.2 did not enforce per-field edit_user_properties permissions on the REST API user write endpoints (PUT /ccm/api/1.0/users/{uID} and POST /ccm/api/1.0/users/{uID}/change_password). A user with an update-scoped OAuth token and permission to edit only one non-sensitive field could change another non-superuser's password, username, email, and attributes, taking over that account. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.4 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks riodrwn for reporting.

    CVE-2026-18113 (GCVE-0-2026-18113)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 17:32 – Updated: 2026-09-15 17:32
    VLAI
    Title
Concrete CMS 9.0 to 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Stored XSS in the Top Navigation Bar Block via Dropdown Child Page Names
    Summary
In Concrete CMS 9.0 to 9.5.2, the Top Navigation Bar block did not HTML-escape dropdown child page names before writing them into the page, so a user who could create or rename pages could store a script through a child page name and have it run in the browser of any visitor, editor, or administrator who viewed the navigation and opened the affected dropdown. In the Concrete CMS origin, the script executed with the victim's privileges and could read same-origin content or perform actions available to that user. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.5 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks labixiaoxin97 for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS below version 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Stored XSS via country-less Address attribute in Express association views
    Summary
In Concrete CMS below version 9.5.3, the Address attribute's country-less text formatter skipped HTML-escaping, enabling stored XSS in Express association views. A user able to submit an Address attribute could execute script in the session of any dashboard user who opened the affected entry. The unescaped branch was reachable because a non-required Address attribute accepted a blank country, and because several Express association templates (for example concrete/elements/express/form/view/dashboard/association.php) echoed the association label mask without applying h(). The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.5 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:L/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Yonatan Drori from Tenzai for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS below version 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Stored XSS via Express form Text control save_control
    Summary
In Concrete CMS below CMS 9.5.3, the save_control action in the Express entities forms dashboard controller did not validate the anti-CSRF token. By causing an authenticated administrator to submit a forged cross-site request, a remote attacker without credentials could write attacker-controlled headline and body values to an existing Express form Text control. Those values were emitted without output encoding by the Express form Text element, so the injected markup executed as persistent JavaScript for any administrator who later opened the affected entry, resulting in stored cross-site scripting. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 7.7 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Yonatan Drori from Tenzai for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS below version 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Stored XSS in Concrete CMS Form Submissions Report via Unescaped Question Label
    Summary
Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 does not apply HTML entity encoding to user-defined Form block question labels when rendering them as column headers in the Dashboard Form Submissions report (concrete/single_pages/dashboard/reports/forms/legacy.php). a rogue editor could store markup or script in a label that then executes in the browser of any administrator who opens the submissions report for the affected form, producing stored cross-site scripting in the Dashboard. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 8.4 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Yonatan Drori from Tenzai for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS below 9.5.4 allows privilege escalation because adding users and assigning groups do not require additional identity verification
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9 before 9.5.3 was vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS) in the Feature, Feature Link, Hero Image, and Image blocks and before Concrete 8.5.21 in the feature and Image blocks because the external link URL was insufficiently validated by the link filter and was rendered without output escaping. A user with page-editing permissions (such as Add Block combined with Edit Contents on a single page) could store a crafted external link value that broke out of the link markup and injected arbitrary JavaScript. The script executed in the browser session of any user who subsequently viewed, previewed, or edited the affected page, which could lead to session hijacking and escalation of privileges up to full administrative takeover. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 8.5 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks to KhanMarshai for reporting this issue.

    CVE-2026-81895 (GCVE-0-2026-81895)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-15 16:39 – Updated: 2026-09-15 16:39

    Title
Concrete CMS 9.5.2 and below is vulnerable to Stored SQL Injection in Concrete CMS Document Library Block via `fsID[]` in `setMode=any`
    Summary
In Concrete CMS before 9.5.3, the Document Library block stored the file-set identifiers submitted through fsID[] without validating them as integers, and when the block was configured with setMode set to any it concatenated each stored identifier directly into the file-set filter query instead of casting it or binding it as a parameter. An authenticated user permitted to add or edit a Document Library block could therefore persist SQL syntax in the block configuration (btDocumentLibrary.setIds), and that stored expression was executed every time the published page containing the block was rendered, producing stored, time-based blind SQL injection. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 8.5 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Habib Allah for reporting.

    Title
Concrete CMS 9.5.2 and below is vulnerable to Stored DOM-based Cross-site Scripting (XSS) in the Gallery block image Caption field
    Summary
Concrete CMS 9.5.2 and below is vulnerable to stored DOM-based Cross-site Scripting (XSS) via the Gallery block's per-image Caption field because the bundled Magnific Popup lightbox script (concrete/js/features/imagery/frontend.js) re-parses the attribute-decoded caption as HTML through jQuery's .append() in titleSrc instead of inserting it as text. A user with permission to edit a page containing a Gallery block can store a caption that executes in the browser of any visitor who opens that image's lightbox. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v.4.0 score of 8.5 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Yonatan Drori (Tenzai) for reporting.
