Title
OliveTin: ValidateArgumentType API Endpoint Missing Authentication Allows Action and Argument Enumeration
Summary
OliveTin gives access to predefined shell commands from a web interface. In versions 3000.0.0 and prior, The ValidateArgumentType RPC endpoint in service/internal/api/api.go does not perform any authentication or authorization checks. Unlike all other data-returning API endpoints, it does not call auth.UserFromApiCall or checkDashboardAccess. When AuthRequireGuestsToLogin is enabled (the security-conscious configuration), this endpoint remains accessible to unauthenticated users and can be used as an oracle to enumerate valid action binding IDs and their argument configurations. This issue has been fixed in version 3000.13.0.

Title
Missing authorization check on save-job event handler in oban_web
Summary
Missing Authorization vulnerability in oban-bg oban_web ('Elixir.Oban.Web.Jobs.DetailComponent' modules) allows unauthorized job worker substitution. The handle_event("save-job", ...) handler in 'Elixir.Oban.Web.Jobs.DetailComponent' does not perform an authorization check, unlike the sibling cancel, delete, and retry handlers which all verify the caller's privileges via can?/2. An authenticated user with :read_only access can push a forged save-job LiveView WebSocket event to overwrite a job's worker field with any other existing Oban.Worker module in the application. On the job's next execution attempt, Oban will invoke perform/1 on the attacker-chosen module instead of the intended one. This issue affects oban_web: from 2.12.0 before 2.12.5.

CVE-2026-48500 (GCVE-0-2026-48500)

Title
Filament: Unauthenticated temporary file upload on auth pages
Summary
Filament is a collection of full-stack components for accelerated Laravel development. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.52, 4.11.5, and 5.6.5, any schema can contain a file upload form field, so Filament applies Livewire's WithFileUploads trait to the Livewire component the schema is embedded in. However, some schemas, such as the panel login form, do not require file uploads, and exposing unauthenticated temporary file uploads on these components is not an acceptable risk. On these components, an unauthenticated attacker could upload arbitrary files to the application's temporary storage, which could be abused to exhaust disk space or inflate storage costs. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.3.52, 4.11.5, and 5.6.5.

Title
TypeBot Google Sheets OAuth callback can create credentials in unauthorized workspaces and modify arbitrary typebots
Summary
TypeBot is a chatbot builder tool. Prior to version 3.17.0, the Google Sheets OAuth callback decodes a base64-encoded JSON `state` parameter and trusts the embedded `workspaceId`, `typebotId`, `blockId`, and `redirectUrl` without cryptographic integrity protection or authorization checks. The callback route is authenticated, but it does not verify that the authenticated user has write access to the target workspace or Typebot before creating credentials in the workspace or updating Typebot groups. An authenticated user who can obtain a valid Google OAuth `code` can alter the `state` value to create Google Sheets credentials in another workspace and, if target IDs are known, attach those credentials to a block in another Typebot. Version 3.17.0 patches the issue.

Version 3.17.0 patches the issue."

Title
Snipe-IT's selectlist visibility is too permissive
Summary
Snipe-IT is an IT asset/license management system. Prior to version 8.6.1, the GET /api/v1/{object}/selectlist API endpoint is missing an authorization check. Any user who can log into Snipe-IT - regardless of permissions - can retrieve a paginated list of all user accounts using only their web session cookie. No API token or elevated permissions are required. This exposes usernames, display names, employee numbers, and user IDs for every active account in the system if FMCS is not enabled, and within the company they belong to if FMCS is enabled. Version 8.6.1 contains a patch.

Title
PraisonAI has Cross-Workspace IDOR and Privilege Escalation via Platform API
Summary
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Versions prior to 0.1.4 of the PraisonAI Platform API have two authorization failures that together break workspace isolation. The service layer for issues and projects performs global primary-key lookups without checking workspace ownership, so any authenticated user can read, modify, and delete resources in any workspace just by swapping UUIDs in their API requests. On top of that, every member management endpoint (add, update role, remove) only requires `min_role="member"`, which lets any workspace member promote themselves to owner and kick out the original owner. A low-privilege member of one workspace can steal data from every other workspace and take over any workspace they belong to. Both issues come from the same gap: the route layer pulls `workspace_id` from the URL and verifies membership, but the service layer ignores the workspace scope for resource lookups and ignores the caller's role level for member operations. The `require_workspace_member()` dependency does its job correctly. The problem is that the service layer doesn't use the information it provides. Version 0.1.4 of the PraisonAI Platform API patch the issue.

Title
PraisonAI: GitHub Actions Claude workflow command injection via unquoted PR branch name
Summary
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In versions prior to 4.6.40, the bundled Claude GitHub Actions workflow is vulnerable to command injection because it embeds an attacker-controlled pull request branch name into a Bash run: block without quoting or validation. Additionally, the workflow allows any @claude comment to trigger the job regardless of whether the commenter is a trusted collaborator. An outside contributor can open a pull request from a fork whose branch name contains shell metacharacters and comment @claude, causing Bash to execute arbitrary shell code in the GitHub Actions runner. Because these commands run in a job holding a GitHub App token with write permissions, OIDC access, and gh/git access, the injection can be chained through $GITHUB_PATH to compromise later privileged steps, enabling repository writes, pull request and issue manipulation, or OIDC-token abuse. This issue has been fixed in version 4.6.40.

Title
Budibase: Webhook schema endpoint authorization bypass allows unauthenticated mutation of webhook and automation schema
Summary
Budibase is an open-source low-code platform. Prior to 3.39.0, the webhook schema-building endpoint is registered under builderRoutes, but the generic authorization middleware skips authorization for all paths matching /api/webhooks/schema. As a result, an unauthenticated caller can update the body schema for a known webhook and mutate the corresponding automation trigger output schema. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.39.0.

Mitigation
Architecture and Design
  • Divide the product into anonymous, normal, privileged, and administrative areas. Reduce the attack surface by carefully mapping roles with data and functionality. Use role-based access control (RBAC) [REF-229] to enforce the roles at the appropriate boundaries.
  • Note that this approach may not protect against horizontal authorization, i.e., it will not protect a user from attacking others with the same role.
Mitigation
Architecture and Design

Ensure that access control checks are performed related to the business logic. These checks may be different than the access control checks that are applied to more generic resources such as files, connections, processes, memory, and database records. For example, a database may restrict access for medical records to a specific database user, but each record might only be intended to be accessible to the patient and the patient's doctor [REF-7].

Mitigation MIT-4.4
Architecture and Design

Strategy: Libraries or Frameworks

  • Use a vetted library or framework that does not allow this weakness to occur or provides constructs that make this weakness easier to avoid.
  • For example, consider using authorization frameworks such as the JAAS Authorization Framework [REF-233] and the OWASP ESAPI Access Control feature [REF-45].
Mitigation
Architecture and Design
  • For web applications, make sure that the access control mechanism is enforced correctly at the server side on every page. Users should not be able to access any unauthorized functionality or information by simply requesting direct access to that page.
  • One way to do this is to ensure that all pages containing sensitive information are not cached, and that all such pages restrict access to requests that are accompanied by an active and authenticated session token associated with a user who has the required permissions to access that page.
Mitigation
System Configuration Installation

Use the access control capabilities of your operating system and server environment and define your access control lists accordingly. Use a "default deny" policy when defining these ACLs.

CAPEC-665: Exploitation of Thunderbolt Protection Flaws

An adversary leverages a firmware weakness within the Thunderbolt protocol, on a computing device to manipulate Thunderbolt controller firmware in order to exploit vulnerabilities in the implementation of authorization and verification schemes within Thunderbolt protection mechanisms. Upon gaining physical access to a target device, the adversary conducts high-level firmware manipulation of the victim Thunderbolt controller SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) flash, through the use of a SPI Programing device and an external Thunderbolt device, typically as the target device is booting up. If successful, this allows the adversary to modify memory, subvert authentication mechanisms, spoof identities and content, and extract data and memory from the target device. Currently 7 major vulnerabilities exist within Thunderbolt protocol with 9 attack vectors as noted in the Execution Flow.
