Yonyou UFIDA ERP-NC是一种企业资源计划（ERP）软件，主要用于企业的财务管理、供应链管理、生产管理、客户关系管理等方面。 Yonyou UFIDA ERP-NC存在跨站脚本漏洞，该漏洞源于/help/top.jsp对用户提供的数据缺乏有效过滤与转义，攻击者可利用该漏洞通过注入精心设计的有效载荷执行任意Web脚本或HTML。
