Title
NATS Server: MQTT-over-WebSocket Path Can Crash WebSocket-Only JetStream Servers Before MQTT Is Enabled
Summary
NATS Server is a high-performance server for NATS.io, the cloud and edge native messaging system. Prior to 2.14.3 and 2.12.12, a WebSocket listener could route requests for the MQTT-over-WebSocket path into MQTT handling even when MQTT was not configured, allowing an unauthenticated client with access to the WebSocket listener to reach uninitialized MQTT state and crash the server process. This issue is fixed in versions 2.14.3 and 2.12.12.

Title
NanaZip: Uncaught exception / unbounded allocation in NanaZip .NET single-file Extract() via unvalidated entry Size
Summary
NanaZip is the 7-Zip derivative intended for the modern Windows experience. Prior to 6.5.1749.0, NanaZip's .NET single-file bundle handler in NanaZip.Codecs.Archive.DotNetSingleFile.cpp sizes its extraction buffer from the bundle entry Size field, which is only checked for sign and is not validated against the real file size. A crafted bundle can cause an attacker-chosen allocation inside Extract, where std::bad_alloc or std::length_error can escape across the COM STDMETHODCALLTYPE boundary and crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 6.5.1749.0.

Title
Deno: Denial of service via non-ASCII bytes in WebSocket response headers
Summary
Deno is a JavaScript, TypeScript, and WebAssembly runtime. Prior to 2.7.5, a Deno program that opens a client WebSocket connection could be crashed by the remote server. While handling the WebSocket handshake response, Deno parsed the Sec-WebSocket-Protocol and Sec-WebSocket-Extensions response headers in a way that assumed their bytes were always printable ASCII. A response header containing non-visible-ASCII bytes (0x80-0xFF) caused a panic that aborted the entire Deno process. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.7.5.

Title
ALOS HTTP: Unauthenticated remote DoS: malformed path starting with "?" triggers out-of-bounds panic in sanitizeRequestPath, crashing entire server
Summary
ALOS HTTP is a Linux-first Go web framework and application server built around a custom networking stack. Prior to 0.0.0-20260617230736-314b6783e196, core/utils.go::sanitizeRequestPath calls splitPathQuery on a request path beginning with a question mark and then performs the unchecked p[0] access without checking whether the resulting path is empty. An unauthenticated client can send a malformed request such as a question-mark-only path through h1_plain.go::ParseH1RequestHead, hpack.go::decodeSimpleGetPathHTTPSRequest, hpack.go::observeHeader, or h3_conn.go::handleRequestStream, causing an out-of-bounds panic before core.Recovery() middleware runs and terminating the server process. This issue is fixed in pseudo-version 0.0.0-20260617230736-314b6783e196.

Title
ASTEVAL: Sandbox Escape via BaseException Subclasses
Summary
ASTEVAL is an evaluator of Python expressions and statements. Prior to 1.0.9, FROM_PY in asteval/astutils.py exposes BaseException, SystemExit, KeyboardInterrupt, and GeneratorExit to expressions evaluated by asteval.Interpreter.eval(), while run() and eval() in asteval/asteval.py catch Exception rather than these non-Exception BaseException subclasses. When an attacker-controlled expression raises one of these classes, on_raise() passes the class to raise_exception(), and the resulting exception bypasses the interpreter's safety handlers and propagates into the calling application. A consuming service that evaluates untrusted expressions can therefore be terminated or have signal and cleanup handling disrupted, causing denial of service. The separately documented read-only open() capability is not part of this vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.9.

Title
CoreWCF: Kafka consume pump halts permanently on a Kafka tombstone (null-value record), causing persistent endpoint denial of service.
Summary
CoreWCF is a port of the service side of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) to .NET Core. Prior to 1.8.1 and 1.9.1, a CoreWCF service listening on a Kafka topic stops processing new records from that topic when KafkaTransportPump receives a null-value tombstone record, causing a persistent endpoint denial of service for attackers with produce permission. This issue is fixed in versions 1.8.1 and 1.9.1.

Title
Starlette-Admin: Unvalidated `order_by` parameter allows ordering by hidden columns (info-exposure oracle) and HTTP 500 DoS
Summary
Starlette-Admin is a fast, beautiful and extensible administrative interface framework for FastAPI and Starlette applications. Prior to 0.16.1, the list API does not validate user-supplied order_by and structured where field names against the configured sortable_fields and searchable_fields allowlists. An authenticated user with access to an affected list endpoint can submit arbitrary field names to starlette_admin/base.py and the BaseModelView validation path, bypassing restrictions presented by the administrative user interface. Requests can sort or filter on fields that are not intended to be sortable or searchable, causing limited information exposure. Invalid field names and special Python attribute names such as metadata and the class dunder attribute can also trigger unhandled exceptions and HTTP 500 responses, causing limited denial of service for targeted requests. This issue is fixed in version 0.16.1.

Title
Nimiq: Panic in TrieProof::verify via child_index unwrap on equal-length keys
Summary
Nimiq is a Rust implementation of the Nimiq Proof-of-Stake protocol based on the Albatross consensus algorithm. Prior to 1.6.0, a malicious state-sync peer can crash a syncing node by sending a crafted TrieChunk proof containing two TrieProofNode values with identical keys. TrieProof::verify calls TrieProofNode::child_index in primitives/src/trie/trie_proof_node.rs, where is_prefix_of accepts equal keys and KeyNibbles::get is called at the key length, returns None, and is unconditionally unwrapped. Untrusted ResponseChunk data reaches commit_chunks, put_chunk, and proof.verify before cryptographic proof validation, so the attacker does not need a valid proof. Exploitation requires the attacker to be selected as the victim's sync peer during state sync, and the resulting panic is transient because the node restarts and resynchronizes. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.0.

Title
SQLAdmin: Unvalidated sortBy parameter in `ModelView` bypasses `column_sortable_list`
Summary
SQLAdmin is a flexible Admin interface for SQLAlchemy models. Prior to 0.27.1, ModelView.sort_query in sqladmin/models.py accepts the attacker-controlled sortBy list-view query parameter without enforcing the configured column_sortable_list server-side allow-list in self._sort_fields. The value is resolved with getattr and passed to relationship joins and order_by, allowing requests to sort by columns hidden from column_list and by related-model columns through dotted paths. The resulting row order forms an information-exposure oracle for unexposed values, and reversing ascending and descending order confirms their relative ordering. Pairing sortBy with searchable or filterable columns and pagination can narrow the oracle toward specific values, but exact recovery depends on the application's available fields and data. This issue is fixed in version 0.27.1.
