var-201108-0079
Vulnerability from variot

Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Adobe RoboHelp 8 and 9 before 9.0.1.262, and RoboHelp Server 8 and 9, allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the URI, related to template_stock/whutils.js. An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may allow the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials and to launch other attacks. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
