Summary
Red Hat Security Advisory: OpenJDK 11.0.30 ELS Security Update for Portable Linux Builds

Notes

Topic
An update is now available for OpenJDK. Red Hat Product Security has rated this update as having a security impact of Important. A Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) base score, which gives a detailed severity rating, is available for each vulnerability from the CVE link(s) in the References section.
Details
The OpenJDK 11 ELS packages provide the OpenJDK 11 Java Runtime Environment and the OpenJDK 11 Java Software Development Kit. This release of the Red Hat build of OpenJDK 11 (11.0.30) with Extended Lifecycle Support for portable Linux serves as a replacement for the Red Hat build of OpenJDK 11 (11.0.29) and includes security and bug fixes as well as enhancements. For further information, refer to the release notes linked to in the References section. Security Fix(es): * JDK: LIBPNG buffer overflow (CVE-2025-64720) * JDK: LIBPNG heap buffer overflow (CVE-2025-65018) * JDK: Improve JMX connections (CVE-2026-21925) * JDK: Improve HttpServer Request handling (CVE-2026-21933) * JDK: Enhance Certificate Checking (CVE-2026-21945) For more details about the security issue(s), including the impact, a CVSS score, acknowledgments, and other related information, refer to the CVE page(s) listed in the References section.
