Summary
LibreNMS is an open-source, PHP/MySQL/SNMP-based network monitoring system. A Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the "Alert Rules" feature allows authenticated users to inject arbitrary JavaScript through the "Title" field.
