LibTomCrypt是一个相当全面的模块化便携式加密工具包。 LibTomCrypt 1.18.2及更早版本存在内存破坏漏洞,该漏洞源于der_decode_utf8_string.c中的der_decode_utf8_string函数未能正确检测某些无效的UTF-8序列,攻击者可通过特制DER编码数据利用该漏洞导致拒绝服务或从其他内存位置读取信息。
