Open Ticket Request System和OTRSAppointmentCalendar跨站脚本漏洞

Description

Open Ticket Request System（OTRS）是德国OTRS集团的一套开源缺陷跟踪管理系统软件。该软件将电话，邮件等各种渠道提交进来的服务请求归类为不同的队列、服务级别，服务人员通过OTRS系统来跟踪和回复客户。OTRSAppointmentCalendar是OTRS的日历解决方案。 OTRS 7.0.x版本至7.0.6版本、6.0.x版本至6.0.17版本（社区版）和OTRSAppointmentCalendar 5.0.x版本至5.0.12版本存在跨站脚本漏洞。该漏洞源于WEB应用缺少对客户端数据的正确验证。攻击者可利用该漏洞执行客户端代码。

An attacker who is logged into OTRS as an agent with appropriate permissions may create a carefully crafted calendar appointment in order to cause execution of JavaScript in the context of OTRS.
