3onedata modbus gateway device model GW1101-1D(RS-485)-TB-P (hardware version V2.2.0) allows authenticated users to execute arbitrary shell commands in the context of the root user by providing payload in the "IP address" field of the diagnosis test tools. Title
Cross-Site Scripting in LEX Baza Dokumentów
Summary
LEX Baza Dokumentów is vulnerable to DOM-based XSS in "em" cookie parameter. The application unsafely processes the parameter on the client side, allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the victim's browser. An attacker with ability to set a cookie can perform a more severe attack, so we evaluate the impact and risk of exploitation as minimal. However, the vendor considered this a vulnerability and released a security patch. This issue was fixed in version 1.3.4.

Title
Remote Code Execution in Ollama via Update Mechanism
Summary
Ollama for Windows contains a Remote Code Execution vulnerability in its update mechanism due to improper handling of attacker‑controlled HTTP response headers. When downloading updates, the application constructs local file paths using values derived from HTTP headers without validation. These values are passed directly to filepath.Join, allowing path traversal sequences (../) to be resolved and enabling files to be written outside the intended update staging directory. An attacker who can influence update responses can exploit this flaw to write arbitrary executables to attacker‑chosen locations accessible to the current user, including the Windows Startup directory. This allows execution of arbitrary executables. Critically, when chained with CVE‑2026‑42248 (Missing Signature Verification for Updates), an attacker can deliver malicious payloads that are written to sensitive locations and executed automatically. Because Ollama for Windows performs silent automatic updates and executes staged binaries without user interaction, this results in automatic and persistent code execution without user awareness. Maintainers of this project were notified early about this vulnerability, but didn't respond with the details of vulnerability or vulnerable version range. Versions from 0.12.10 to 0.17.5 were tested and confirmed as vulnerable, other versions were not tested but might also be vulnerable.

Title
Missing Signature Verification for Updates in Ollama
Summary
Ollama for Windows does not perform integrity or authenticity verification of downloaded update executables. Unlike other platforms, the Windows implementation of the update verification routine unconditionally returns success so no digital signature or trust validation is performed before staging or executing update payloads, enabling attacker‑supplied executables to be accepted and later executed by the application. Critically, Ollama for Windows performs silent automatic updates, so the malicious payload may be installed automatically without user awareness. Maintainers of this project were notified early about this vulnerability, but didn't respond with the details of vulnerability or vulnerable version range. Versions from 0.12.10 to 0.17.5 were tested and confirmed as vulnerable, other versions were not tested but might also be vulnerable.

Remote Code Execution in mpGabinet
Summary
mpGabinet is vulnerable to Remote Command Execution. An authorized user with access to the application and direct access to the backend database can achieve system command execution by uploading an attachment and modifying its storage path in the database to reference an attacker-controlled remote network resource. Alternatively, it is possible to use a previously uploaded file and change its reference. When the application processes the attachment, and a user tries to open it, the referenced resource is executed by the system. Critically, this vulnerability can be exploited by any unauthenticated attacker by chaining it with CVE-2026-40550 and CVE-2026-40551, which allows obtaining database access, and logging onto any account. This issue affects mpGabinet version 23.12.19 and below.

Privilege Escalation in mpGabinet
Summary
mpGabinet is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation due to excessive database privileges assigned to the user used by the application. An attacker with access to any running application instance connected to the backend server can extract database credentials from the application’s memory by inspecting the running process. While ability to retrieve credentials from memory is expected behavior, the exposed credentials grant administrative access to the database, exceeding the privileges required for normal application functionality. This allows an attacker to perform actions beyond those permitted through the application interface. This issue affects mpGabinet version 23.12.19 and below.

Title
Stored XSS in AdaptiveGRC
Summary
AdaptiveGRC is vulnerable to Stored XSS via text type fields across the forms. Authenticated attacker can replace the value of the text field in the HTTP POST request. Improper parameter validation by the server results in arbitrary JavaScript execution in the victim's browser. Critically, this may allow the attacker to obtain the administrator authentication token and perform arbitrary actions with administrative privileges, which could lead to further compromise. This issue occurs in versions released before December 2025.

Race Condition in GNU Sed
Summary
When sed is invoked with both -i (in-place edit) and --follow-symlinks, the function open_next_file() performs two separate, non-atomic filesystem operations on the same path: 1. resolves symlink to its target and stores the resolved path for determining when output is written, 2. opens the original symlink path (not the resolved one) to read the file. Between these two calls there is a race window. If an attacker atomically replaces the symlink with a different target during that window, sed will: read content from the new (attacker-chosen) symlink target and write the processed result to the path recorded in step 1. This can lead to arbitrary file overwrite with attacker-controlled content in the context of the sed process. This issue was fixed in version 4.10.

LDAP Injection in PAC4J
Summary
PAC4J is vulnerable to LDAP Injection in multiple methods. A low-privileged remote attacker can inject crafted LDAP syntax into ID-based search parameters, potentially resulting in unauthorized LDAP queries and arbitrary directory operations. This issue was fixed in PAC4J versions 4.5.10, 5.7.10 and 6.4.1

Title
Cross-Site Request Forgery in PAC4J
Summary
PAC4J is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). A malicious attacker can craft a specially designed website which, when visited by a user, will automatically submit a forged cross-site request with a token whose hash collides with the victim's legitimate CSRF token. Importantly, the attacker does not need to know the victim’s CSRF token or its hash prior to the attack. Collisions in the deterministic String.hashCode() function can be computed directly, reducing the effective token's security space to 32 bits. This bypasses CSRF protection, allowing profile updates, password changes, account linking, and any other state-changing operations to be performed without the victim's consent. This issue was fixed in PAC4J versions 5.7.10 and 6.4.1

Title
Server-Side Request Forgery in GREENmod
Summary
GREENmod uses named pipes for communication between plugins, the web portal, and the system service, but the access control lists for these pipes are configured incorrectly. This allows an attacker to communicate with the stream and upload any XML or JSON file, which will be processed by the named pipe with the privileges of the user under whose context the service is running. This allows for Server-Side Request Forgery to any Windows system on which the agent is installed and which provides communication via SMB or WebDav. This issue was fixed in version 2.8.33.

Summary
MLflow is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) caused by unsafe parsing of YAML-based MLmodel artifacts in its web interface. An authenticated attacker can upload a malicious MLmodel file containing a payload that executes when another user views the artifact in the UI. This allows actions such as session hijacking or performing operations on behalf of the victim. This issue affects MLflow version through 3.10.1

Title
Stored XSS via Page Creating functionality in Bludit
Summary
Bludit is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in its page creating functionality. An authenticated attacker with page creation privileges (such as Author, Editor, or Administrator) can embed a malicious JavaScript payload in the tags field of a newly created article. This payload will be executed when a victim visits the URL of the uploaded resource. The uploaded resource itself is accessible without authentication. Critically, this vulnerability could be used to automatically create a new site administrator if the victim has enough privileges.  The vendor was notified early about this vulnerability, but didn't respond with the details of vulnerability or vulnerable version range. Only versions 3.17.2 and 3.18.0 were tested and confirmed as vulnerable, other versions were not tested and might also be vulnerable.

Title
Lack of Dynamic Library Validation in SzafirHost
Summary
SzafirHost downloads necessary files in the context of the initiating web page. When called, SzafirHost updates its dynamic library. JAR files are correctly verified based on a list of trusted file hashes, and if a file was not on that list, it was checked to see if it had been digitally signed by the vendor. The application doesn't verify hash or vendor's digital signature of uploaded DLL, SO, JNILIB or DYLIB file. The attacker can provide malicious file which will be saved in users /temp folder and executed by the application. This issue was fixed in version 1.1.0.

Title
URL (HTTP Origin) call location spoofing in Szafir SDK Web
Summary
Szafir SDK Web is a browser plug-in that can run SzafirHost application which download the necessary files when launched. In Szafir SDK Web it is possible to change the URL (HTTP Origin) of the application call location. An unauthenticated attacker can craft a website that is able to launch SzafirHost application with arbitrary arguments via Szafir SDK Web browser addon. No validation will be performed to check whether the address specified in `document_base_url` parameter is in any way related to the actual address of the calling web application. The URL address specified in `document_base_url` parameter is then shown in the application confirmation prompt. When a victim confirms the execution of the application, it will be called in the context of attacker's website URL and might download additional files and libraries from that website. When victim accepts the application execution for the URL showed in the confirmation prompt with the "remember" option before, the prompt won't be shown and the application will be called in the context of URL provided by the attacker without any interaction. This issue was fixed in version 0.0.17.4.

AL-KO Robolinho Update Software has hard-coded AWS Access and Secret keys that allow anyone to access AL-KO's AWS bucket. Using the keys directly might give the attacker greater access than the app itself. Key grants AT LEAST read access to some of the objects in bucket. Bludit is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in its image upload functionality. An authenticated attacker with content upload privileges (such as Author, Editor, or Administrator) can upload an SVG file containing a malicious payload, which is executed when a victim visits the URL of the uploaded resource. The uploaded resource itself is accessible without authentication. The vendor was notified early about this vulnerability, but stopped responding in the middle of coordination. All versions up to 3.18.2 are considered to be vulnerable, future versions might also be vulnerable.

Title
Session Fixation in Bludit
Summary
Bludit allows user's session identifier to be set before authentication. The value of this session ID stays the same after authentication. This behavior enables an attacker to fix a session ID for a victim and later hijack the authenticated session. This issue was fixed in version 3.17.2.

Title
Hard-coded passwords in KlinikaXP
Summary
Use of hard-coded credentials in Klinika XP and KlinikaXP Insertino allowed an unauthorized attacker access to several internal services. Critically, this included access to the FTP server that hosted the application's update packages. The attacker with these credentials could upload a malicious update file, which then may have been distributed and installed on client machines as a legitimate update. This issue affects KlinikaXP: before 5.39.01.01. and KlinikaXP Insertino before 3.1.0.1 Beside removing the hardcoded credentials from the code, previously exposed credentials were also rotated preventing further attack attempts.

Malicious attacker can inject arbitrary HTML and JS into template, which will be rendered/executed when visiting preview page.
