Title
Python-Multipart: Negative Content-Length in parse_form buffers the entire body in memory
Summary
Python-Multipart is a streaming multipart parser for Python. Prior to 0.0.31, parse_form() did not validate the Content-Length header before using it to bound its chunked read of the request body. A negative Content-Length turned the bounded read into a read-until-EOF, so the entire body was loaded into memory in a single read instead of in fixed-size chunks. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.0.31.

Title
CImg Library: Uncontrolled Memory Allocation and Memory Leak in `_load_analyze()` via Crafted NIfTI/Analyze Header
Summary
CImg Library is a C++ library for image processing. Prior to version 4.0.0 in `_load_analyze()`, the header_size field is read as an `unsigned int` from the first 4 bytes of an Analyze/NIfTI file and passed directly to `new unsigned char[header_size]` without being bounded against the actual file size. A value up to ~4 GB is accepted. If the subsequent `fread` returns `short` as it will for any malformed file), the function throws a `CImgIOException` and the allocated buffer is never freed. A 6-byte crafted file is sufficient to trigger an allocation of ~1.3 GB per call, with the full allocation leaked on every error path. The issue is reachable via `load_analyze()` and the generic `load()` when the file extension is .hdr, .img, or .nii. Version 4.0.0 fixes the issue.

Title
Vvveb: Vvveb CMS — Negative-quantity cart manipulation allows creation of orders with negative grand totals
Summary
Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.2, Vvveb CMS does not validate the sign of the quantity parameter on the cart-add endpoint. Submitting a negative integer is accepted by the server and treated as a normal positive line-item, but with the sign carried through into every downstream computation: line total, sub-total, taxes, and grand total all become negative numbers. The customer-facing cart UI then displays a negative grand total to the user, the checkout flow accepts the negative cart, and the resulting order is persisted in the merchant's database with a negative total column. From the merchant's order management dashboard, this surfaces as a real order with a negative total — an "the merchant owes the customer money" record that no legitimate workflow ever creates. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.8.2.

"value": "Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. The customer-facing cart UI then displays a negative grand total to the user, the checkout flow accepts the negative cart, and the resulting order is persisted in the merchant\u0027s database with a negative total column. From the merchant\u0027s order management dashboard, this surfaces as a real order with a negative total \u2014 an \"the merchant owes the customer money\" record that no legitimate workflow ever creates. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.8.2."

Title
Kysely: JSON-path traversal injection via unsanitized path-leg metacharacters in `JSONPathBuilder.key()` / `.at()`
Summary
Kysely is a type-safe TypeScript SQL query builder. From 0.26.0 to 0.28.16, DefaultQueryCompiler.visitJSONPathLeg does not escape JSON-path metacharacters (., [, ], *, **, ?). When attacker-controlled input flows into eb.ref(col, '->$').key(input) or .at(input) — including type-safe code where the JSON column is shaped like Record<string, T> so K extends string is the inferred type — every dot becomes a path-leg separator, letting an attacker traverse from the intended key into sibling and child fields the developer never meant to expose. The result is read access (and, in update statements, write access) to JSON sub-fields outside the intended scope across MySQL, PostgreSQL ->$/->>$, and SQLite. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.28.17.

Mitigation MIT-5
Implementation
Strategy: Input Validation
- Assume all input is malicious. Use an "accept known good" input validation strategy, i.e., use a list of acceptable inputs that strictly conform to specifications. Reject any input that does not strictly conform to specifications, or transform it into something that does.
- When performing input validation, consider all potentially relevant properties, including length, type of input, the full range of acceptable values, missing or extra inputs, syntax, consistency across related fields, and conformance to business rules. As an example of business rule logic, "boat" may be syntactically valid because it only contains alphanumeric characters, but it is not valid if the input is only expected to contain colors such as "red" or "blue."
- Do not rely exclusively on looking for malicious or malformed inputs. This is likely to miss at least one undesirable input, especially if the code's environment changes. This can give attackers enough room to bypass the intended validation. However, denylists can be useful for detecting potential attacks or determining which inputs are so malformed that they should be rejected outright.
No CAPEC attack patterns related to this CWE.
