      <title>cisco-sa-webui-xss-VWyDgjOU — Cisco IOS XE Software Web Authentication Reflected Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability</title>
      <link>https://vulnerability.circl.lu/vuln/cisco-sa-webui-xss-vwydgjou</link>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;A vulnerability in the Web Authentication feature of Cisco IOS XE Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct a reflected cross-site scripting attack (XSS) on an affected device.&#13;
&#13;
This vulnerability is due to improper sanitization of user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a user to click a malicious link. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute a reflected XSS attack and steal user cookies from the affected device.&#13;
&#13;
Cisco has released software updates that address this vulnerability. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability.&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
&#13;
This advisory is part of the September 2025 release of the Cisco IOS and IOS XE Software Security Advisory Bundled Publication. For a complete list of the advisories and links to them, see Cisco Event Response: September 2025 Semiannual Cisco IOS and IOS XE Software Security Advisory Bundled Publication [&amp;#34;https://sec.cloudapps.cisco.com/security/center/viewErp.x?alertId=ERP-75296&amp;#34;].&lt;/p&gt;</description>
