&lt;p&gt;skbuff: Account for tail adjustment during pull operations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Extending the tail can have some unexpected side effects if a program uses
a helper like BPF_FUNC_skb_pull_data to read partial content beyond the
