Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in  unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Project Portfolio Analysis accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Project Portfolio Analysis.
