Cisco IOS and IOS XE There is a service disruption ( Device reload ) There are vulnerabilities that are put into a state. Cisco IOS is the interconnected network operating system used on most Cisco system routers and network switches. Cisco IOS has a security hole in the DHCP implementation. An unauthenticated remote attacker exploiting this vulnerability could result in a denial of service. 
Attackers can exploit this issue to cause a reload of the affected devices, denying service to legitimate users. 
This issue is being tracked by Cisco Bug ID CSCug31561. The vulnerability is caused by the program not correctly parsing DHCP packets</p>
