<p>KVM: Destroy target device if coalesced MMIO unregistration fails</p>
<p>Destroy and free the target coalesced MMIO device if unregistering said
device fails.  As clearly noted in the code, kvm_io_bus_unregister_dev()
does not destroy the target device.</p>
